Please be aware that our flowers, thoughtfully sourced from organic farms and a blend of unique British and Dutch blooms. When displayed in a vase, their longevity ranges from three to seven days, depending on the variety.

It's important to note that we are unable to accommodate flower returns. Should you have any concerns about the condition of your flowers, we kindly ask that you promptly contact us with a photo. To maintain their freshness, we recommend keeping the flowers in a cool, sheltered environment and changing the water regularly.

However, we regret that we cannot assume responsibility for any deterioration due to factors such as transit damage or inadequate hydration.

  1. Fresh Start: Upon receiving your flowers, unwrap them and trim about an inch off the stems at a sharp angle using clean, sharp scissors or floral shears. This helps the flowers absorb water more effectively.

  2. Clean Vase: Use a clean vase and fill it with fresh, room-temperature water. Remove any leaves that would be submerged in water to prevent bacterial growth.

  3. Water Change: Change the water every 2 days, or sooner if it appears cloudy. Clean the vase thoroughly each time.

  4. Trim Regularly: Every 2 days, trim the stems again to prevent blockage and encourage water absorption. Use a sharp tool at an angle to avoid crushing the stems.

  5. Temperature Control: Keep the flowers away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and drafts. Place them in a cool, shaded area.

  6. Avoid Fruit: Keep the flowers away from ripening fruit, as they release ethylene gas, which can accelerate the aging of flowers.

  7. Mist Spraying: Lightly mist the petals with water using a spray bottle to maintain humidity, especially in dry environments.

  8. Remove Fading Blooms: As flowers begin to wilt, remove them from the arrangement to prevent the release of ethylene gas and prolong the life of the remaining blooms.

  9. Supportive Snacks: If a packet of flower food is provided, mix it with water according to the instructions and add it to the vase. Flower food helps nourish the flowers and prolong their freshness.

  10. Handle with Care: When changing water or arranging flowers, handle them gently to avoid bruising or damaging delicate petals.

  11. Creative Display: Get creative with your flower arrangements. Experiment with different vases and arrangements to enhance their visual appeal.

Remember that each type of flower may have specific care requirements, so always refer to any care instructions provided with your bouquet or arrangement. Following these care tips can help extend the beauty and vibrancy of your flowers.
